Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for FotoFlow subscriptions. This is a general template; please review it with your legal counsel.

Free trial

Every studio gets a 14-day free trial with no payment required, so you can evaluate FotoFlow fully before paying anything.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it won't renew. Your data remains exportable.

Refunds

Because a full-featured free trial is provided before any payment, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it fairly.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we provide a short grace period during which your plan continues, with reminders to update payment. If it remains unpaid, your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe again.
