  • Studio data you enter: leads, clients, quotes, orders, payments, deliverables and team records.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the product, to improve reliability and features.
  • Technical data: device, browser and log information for security and diagnostics.

How we use information

  • To provide and operate the FotoFlow service for your studio.
  • To process and display your quotes, invoices, payments and payroll.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates and support.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run FotoFlow (such as hosting, email and payment infrastructure) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Your clients' data

Information you store about your clients belongs to your studio. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, and we do not use it for our own marketing.

Data security & retention

We protect data with tenant isolation, encryption in transit, secure authentication and access controls. We retain your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards, and you can export your data at any time.
